My training schedule

Here's my training schedule that I got through the Smart Coach training tool at www.runnersworld.com. I set it on "moderate" I've already run more than this schedule for this week - so I think I'll be good! This training schedule ends right on the day of the Fall Classic!

Current race time is: 2:16:38 for a Half-Marathon
