I'm going to try VERY HARD to stick to this marathon training schedule. This is just my run schedule, doesn’t include climbing, yoga, weight training, and all the other activities I try to squeeze in.

Neatest thing I've seen while running

A grey whale.

A grey whale had come into English Bay last summer (2010) for a visit. I ran and followed. I felt to blessed that day to have had grey whale as a run buddy that day.

Neatest thing I've seen while running

Three surfers walking with their surfboards on the seawall. It was winter and there were strong winds. They were hoping to catch some waves... I smiled and wished them good luck.
